Để trở thành nữ đoàn sinh GS61679, phụ huynh điền đơn xin gia nhập, giấy sức khỏe, giấy uỷ quyền trong truờng hợp khẩn cấp cho các em, trao cho truởng đoàn cùng với lệ phí sinh hoạt và ghi danh. Tuỳ theo tuổi các em sẻ ghi danh và gia nhập.
To become a Girl Scout (GS) of Troop 61679, parents must complete the and different forms. They need to be submitted to GS61679 Adult Leaders and the registration fee. Depend on the youth's age, they will join different GS Rank.

Responsibilities
Khi ghi danh cho các em gia nhập Nữ Đoàn, phụ huynh tự động trở thành Thành Viên của Nữ Đoàn 61679 và Liên Đoàn Diên Hồng. Là Thành viên, phụ huynh có bổn phận hỗ trợ Nữ Đoàn và Liên Đoàn trong tinh thần cũng như vật chất, tham gia vào các buổi sinh hoạt đặc biệt, các buổi lễ trao đẳng thứ và chuyên hiệu.
Ngoài ra, phụ huynh cần hướng dẫn các em học ở nhà theo chương trình riêng của các em theo độ tuổi.

When joining the Girl Scout, parents automatically becoming members of the GS Troop 61679 and Liên Đoàn Diên Hồng. As members, parents have responsibilities to support GS Troop and Liên Đoàn physically and mentally, to participate in all special events and ranking awards ceremonies.
In additional, parents need to make time to guide the Girl Scout at home per each scout ranking level activities and advancements.

Lệ phí ghi danh và sinh hoạt: $60.00 /năm (tính từ tháng 10 cho đến tháng 9 năm sau - ở năm 2018 ).
Đồng phục, khăn quàng, các huy hiệu, sách, v.v...( tùy theo chương trình của các em) khoảng $30.00.
Đồ dùng cá nhân như túi ngủ, bình nước v.v.. tùy theo chương trình sinh hoạt.

Registration Fee with Girl Scout of America: $60 annually (calculate from October this year to next September - in 2018)
Uniform, neckerchief, all the badges / pins, advancement book: $30 (in average as it will be depend on the scout ranking)
All Girl Scouts requires to have the following items (at minimum, will depend on different events):
Personal Items - (i.e. toiletries, women hygiene items, etc.)
Water bottle
Eating Utensil (i.e. bowl, spook, forks, etc.)
Sleeping Bag - for camping

All Girl Scouts of Troop 61679 will meet together weekly:
Saturday, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
At Yebra Buena High School - 1855 Lucretia Ave, San Jose
Beside weekly meeting, there will be special events like camping, picnic, New Year, etc. All events will be announced to parents via Email.
